If Gryphon was to become a Silent Hill monster, he would become the Prisoner. This is because he enjoys showing himself off to those around him. The Prisoner is an invisible creature that is locked in a jail cell in the prison. Considering this, becoming the Prisoner is the perfect way for him to suffer.
